8 Week Intermediate • The Intermediate solution is tailored for intermediate users. Once you can comfortably complete the 8 week basic programme then you should advance to this level. This system will combine an intermediate exercise plan with a healthy eating plan to advance you to the next fitness level!		X	X	X
8 Week Advanced • The Advanced solution is tailored for Advanced users. Once you can comfortably complete the 8 week Intermediate programme then you should advance to this level. This system will combine an Advanced exercise plan with a healthy eating plan.			X	X
Specific Body Part • This solution is targeted to certain body parts for the fitness enthusiast wishing to find more in- depth exercises for a specific body part. This program will allow the user to specify which muscles he or she wishes to target and a programme will be tailored to those needs.				X
Diabetic Solution S1 • This Solution is specifically targeted towards Diabetics. The exercises are designed to increase blood flow throughout the entire body to aid blood circulation. Exercise forms a critical part of a diabetic’s lifestyle and the Diabetic solution aims to assist the diabetic in achieving a more stable blood glucose level by combining an exercise program as well as a specific diabetic eating program.
